For Me It Was Almond M & M’s

Just about all of us are addicted to something. What’s your addiction?

I used almond M & M’s to make everything that went wrong, right. They were my “precious.” Regardless of how hard I tried to break the habit, those almond M&M’s controlled me. I tried not to buy them but I would find myself drawn to a store that sold them by some unseen force. I tried to use “will power” like the self-help books recommend, but I failed time after time, making me feel even worse.

I was finally able to let go of the monkey on my back with a breakthrough process called Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). NET helped me let go of unknown emotional patterns at the root of my addiction. I was so impressed by what NET did for me, I not only learned the technique, I became certified in using it to help others.

If you’ve been on every diet there is, unable to get the weight off and keep it off, I’d like to help. Clearing stuck emotional patterns allows you to change how you look at eating; even exercise. When the emotional component is removed, replaced by common sense nutrition, true miracles happen. I’m living proof! There’s a new you waiting to emerge. Want to play?
