Privacy Policy

More government regulations...

HIPAA is the acronym for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. This federal law is supposed to help families buy, change or continue their health insurance upon changing jobs.

The law also defines guidelines to be followed by those with access to a patient’s health records that protect a patient’s privacy to sensitive personal health information.

HIPAA privacy requirements are largely common sense. However, if you wish to review our policy, please click here.

Rick Asks some important questions of interest to Middletown residents - Chiropractor Middletown Rick Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
Where do most Middletown residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Middletown newborn.
