Report of Findings

We’ll spend about 15 minutes reviewing our findings with you and offering answers to the four questions most patients have when they consult our office:

You
  • What’s wrong?
  • Can chiropractic help?
  • How long will it take?
  • How much will it cost?

If you have any other questions, be sure to ask!

You’ll Have Choices

Based on our findings, we’ll make recommendations and you’ll be presented with some choices:

  • Proceed with chiropractic care
  • Seek the opinion of another practitioner
  • Ignore the problem hoping it will resolve
  • Medication to reduce symptoms (referral required)
  • Physiotherapy (referral required)
  • Surgical intervention (referral required)

Rick Asks some important questions of interest to Middletown residents - Chiropractor Middletown Rick Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
Where do most Middletown residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Middletown newborn.
