Nutrition Response Testing

When many experience Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) for the first time, they find it unlike anything they’ve ever encountered. Since optimum results are only possible when you follow though, it’s important you understand what we’re doing and why.

The Analysis

The analysis is done by testing your body’s neurological reflexes and acupuncture points. Each reflex represents a specific organ, tissue or function and indicates what effect that energy (or lack of energy) is having on your body. We do this with muscle testing. Because it’s convenient, we’ll use the muscles in your arm as an indicator. If a particular reflex isn’t working correctly, your extended arm will weaken.

The Personalized Health Improvement Program

Next is to test specific nutritional formulas against those areas revealed by muscle weakness and find which ones bring the reflexes back to strength. Once we find the correct nutritional supplements, we create a personalized nutritional supplement schedule to help correct the underlying deficiency. By following the program as precisely as possible, improved function and health are finally possible.

Designed Clinical Nutrition

In NRT we use Designed Clinical Nutrition. These aren’t some cheap pharmaceutically engineered grocery store vitamins!

Instead, we use vitamins derived from organically grown whole foods in which all the active enzymes and the vital components are preserved using a vacuum-cold press process. These contain trace nutrients you simply can’t get these days due to depleted soils, agricultural techniques and commercial food processing.

Results

Many people we see have eaten themselves into their current state of ill health. The resulting deficiencies or imbalances lead to a breakdown in resistance, immunity and a loss of the ability to cope with physical, emotional and chemical stresses of modern living.

The good news is that it’s possible to reverse the process with NRT! Click here to learn more. Questions? Email the doctor using the link below, or give our Middletown office a call.

Rick Asks some important questions of interest to Middletown residents - Chiropractor Middletown Rick Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
Where do most Middletown residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Middletown newborn.
